Mark your calendars for next year's event: August 7-8, 2026 at Camp Cloud Rim! Ticket sales open May 2026 and the retreat is limited to just 100 spots.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to the success of the 2025 event. All funds raised supported our Girl Scout Leadership Experience, including camperships for girls in financial need and preserving the legacy of our beloved camp properties.

Regular Pricing available June 2 - August 3

Solo Camper: $290 (single cot in a tent or cabin)*
Full Tent: $1,160 (sleeps 4)*
Full Cabin: $2,320 (sleeps 8)*

*Each attendee will receive two drink tickets with their registration.
** Early Bird Pricing ended June 1. All ticket sales close August 3 at 11:59 p.m.

Please note, there is no change to the number of drink tickets received by registrants when the price increases; this increase covers administrative costs.

4:00–6:15 p.m.: Cocktail reception, silent auction
6:15–7:30 p.m.: Dinner, live program
Evening Activities: S'mores, dance party, movie under the stars “Moonstruck”

Saturday, August 9
7:30–9:00 a.m.: Breakfast
8:00–8:45 a.m.: Morning Yoga or Sunrise Hike
9:00–10:15 a.m.: Activity Session 1
10:30–11:45 a.m.: Activity Session 2
12:00–1:00 p.m.: Check out and depart camp

Early Morning Activity Sessions (8:00-8:45 a.m.)

Sunrise Hike with GSU Staff

GSU’s experienced staff will lead a short sunrise hike through the wilderness surrounding Camp Cloud Rim. As the sky lightens with hues of pink and gold, this activity session will fill you with the spirit of the outdoors, exploration, and camaraderie that defines the Girl Scout experience.

Sunrise Yoga with Hannah Hausman

Start your day with sunrise yoga! Hannah Hausman has been teaching since 2017, currently teaching at Edison House in Salt Lake City. Hannah's passion for yoga comes from the inspiration of the body’s wisdom to unwind and align; to connect the intuition of our body with the brilliance of our minds, in a way that feels best individually; to cultivate a better shared experience globally.

Yoga also available in Activity Session 1.

Session 1 or 2 Activities (available from 9:00-10:15 a.m., or 10:30-11:45 a.m.)

Hike with GSU Staff

Enjoy the peaceful views of Camp Cloud Rim in this short hike led by experienced GSU staff. Take in the natural beauty and fresh air while exploring the scenic trails that surround the camp.

Waterfront Fun with GSU Staff

A highlight of Camp Cloud Rim is the beautiful Lake Brimhall, home to many different waterfront activities. You can enjoy canoeing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, or swimming in our alpine lake. Activities will be unstructured – have fun on your own or with your friends! GSU staff will help with equipment, lifejackets, and safety instructions.

Fly Fishing with Don Owen

Join Don Owen on Lake Brimhall to learn just how fun Fly Fishing can be! With rods and reels provided, you will learn about the equipment, different types of flies, and basic fly casting. Don will teach how to overhead cast and roll cast and explain why each type of cast is used. If you have your fishing license, you can attempt to catch a fish with a fly as well. Participants without fishing licenses can attend the activity but not catch anything.

Cookie Decorating with Baker Gabby

Baker Gabby from the local gem Goose Egg Bakery will host a one-of-a-kind cookie decorating class. Gabby’s cookies are amazing custom works of art, and she’ll teach you how to create your own tiny masterpieces. The best part? They are delicious! These classes will fill up fast and have a 15-person limit per session.

Session 1 Activities (9:00-10:15 a.m.)

Oyster Shell Trinket Dishes with Annie Bennett

Looking for a creative and calming activity? Join Annie Bennett to transform natural oyster shells into beautiful trinket dishes—perfect for holding jewelry or SWAPS for your Girl Scouts adventures. Each participant can create up to two elegant dishes. While Annie is a busy raising two teenage boys, and working as an Executive Vice President of Culture, she somehow finds time to do creative DIY projects at home.

Yoga with Hannah Hausman

Flow through a morning yoga session with Hannah Hausman. Hannah has been teaching since 2017, currently teaching at Edison House in Salt Lake City. Yoga also available as Early Morning Activity.

Sound Bath with Utah Energy Healing Center

Immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of a guided sound bath by Utah Energy Healing Center facilitators. Held in the lodge dining hall, this calming activity will help you relax, reset, and restore your inner balance. Using bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments, this session offers a meditative experience that promotes deep rest and mindfulness. Just bring a yoga mat or blanket and let the sound wash over you.

Session 2 Activities (10:30-11:45 a.m.)

Flower Arranging & Flower Bookmarks with Amy Leininger

Give new life to the centerpiece blooms from our dinner program in this creative flower arranging session. We will provide vases for you to design your own beautiful arrangement to take home. Also, create your own beautiful, pressed flower bookmark as a unique keepsake or gift. All supplies are provided—just bring your imagination and a love of flowers.
