Our updated camp rental programs make it easy to plan a safe, fun, and unforgettable experience whether your group is a single troop, a group of sister troops, or a service unit.
Enjoy the comfort of our cabins and indoor facilities while taking on adventure activities that help every Girl Scout build confidence, embrace new experiences, and grow together as a team. Make your next campout one your troop will never forget!
Reservations for Never the Same Weekends open April 15!
New for 2026 – Service Unit Never the Same Weekends and Troop Rentals will follow the same process.
Complete the reservation rental form with your preferred dates and program activities. Create an UltraCamp account if you do not already have one.
- Service Unit Never the Same Weekend reservations open April 15.
- Troop Rental reservations begin May 1.
GSU will process forms on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservations close 4 weeks before rental dates.

Adult Requirements
To ensure the safety of all Girl Scouts, every adult in attendance must:
- be a registered Girl Scout member,
- have a current background check on file, and
- be up to date on Youth Protection Training.
Certifications and Trainings

Groups must have an adult on site with up-to-date certifications and trainings as listed below. The adults with the certifications/trainings for the group must remain at camp with the group for the duration of the rental.
- Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED Certifications
- Utah Food Handler’s Permit
- Program area certification or training (if doing troop-facilitated archery, low ropes, or snowshoeing)
- GSU Camping 101 is highly encouraged but not required for Camp Rentals.
