Work at Camp

Our employees are dynamic women and men who have a desire to give back. They’re energetic, encouraging, and compassionate people who are interested in working with youth in outdoor settings. Staff gain resume building skills in teaching, program development, leadership, conflict resolution, and problem solving. Staff typically have backgrounds or experience in child care, education, psychology, recreation, environmental studies, dietetics, or other social sciences.
